Your rights on every U.S. airline

Under U.S. DOT rules you can cancel any ticket within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (when departure is 7+ days away), and you are owed a cash refund — not just credit — when the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight.

Delta Air Lines

No change fees on Delta Main (Main Cabin) and above for flights within the U.S., Canada, and most international routes departing North America.
